Rated 5 out of 5 by from steel fiber i 80 I ASSEMBLED A SET OF IRONS FOR A CUSTOMER USING THE i 95 STIFF. MY CUSTOMERS SAYS THEY ARE THE BEST SHAFTS HE HAS EVER HAD IN A SET OF IRONS. I ASSEMBLED A SET OF IRONS FOR MYSELF USING THE i 80 R FLEX. I AGREE WITH MY CUSTOMER THE BEST SHAFTS I HAVE EVER HAD IN A SET OF IRONS. I RECOMMEND THESE SHAFTS TO MY FRIENDS AND ANYONE WANTING A GREAT QUALITY SHAFT AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shaft with interesting features I liked the taper tip version in other clubs so I bought this shaft to try in a set of single length irons to reduce total weight, increase club speed, add a bit of kick and increase swingweight. Balance point is relatively closer to tip in these shafts so swingweight ended up a bit too high with my normal 50gm grip. After "counterbalancing" with a 64gm grip, all of my objectives were achieved . Club feels just the way I wanted, distance is significantly increased. Dispersion excellent. Superb shaft, will do the whole set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I80 & I95 Aerotech shafts 12HC* I bought these after I had hit them in my father in-laws clubs. Im never been a guy who believes equipment adds or detracts that much from aersons game, but rather talent, swing plane and fundamentals make up the majority of one game. These shafts have slightly made me re-think about that. Since added these shafts to my XR irons (played at 2 degrees flat) I kid you not I am a club to a club and a half longer and much more accurate!! Its almost unbelievable... Pricey but my god what diffrence they have made!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i95's We installed the stiff i95's in the VEGA VM-02 raw iron heads(D4)and put the i110's in the wedges. We also built a set for my father(8 handicap) with regular i95's and the VEGA VC-03 heads(D4). The shaft/head combo has an incredible look and feel. Shaft is very stable despite the intitial overall light feel and the traj is perfect. I would recommended these shafts to players of all levels and swing speeds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect shaft? This shaft is amazing. I have reshafted some Mizunos to produce a lighter total weight but increased swingweight. they feel great and I was able to add about 5 mtrs distance on mid and onger irons with no noticeable loss of control or accuracy. All the advantages of graphite without any downsides. I highly recommend them they are a real quantum leap forward in technology.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moe I played these shafts for the first time in a set of mizuno-m62 irons. One word "outstanding". I has been playing project x rifle 6.0 120 grams... what a difference in clubhead speed, distance, accuracy, and feel. Thinking about reshafting my calloway forged-x irons with the 95 gram shaft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great control and distance I have used these shafts with the MXU utility heads, and they give excellent accuracy and distance. I have also used the Steelfiber shafts in some irons, and my customers really like the control and distance, along with outsanding feel. Overall, it is a fine shaft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great move I've been playing the Aerotech 80 shaft for a month (previous shaft was the Rifle 5.0). Tested them on Pine Valley and Merion two weeks ago. Great feel; very stable. Works for all shots. Highly recommended.

will the 70 fit into my 2014 ping irons

Asked by: nolan
All Ping irons use a .355" taper tip shaft so you will need the AT0020I, for the set of shafts or AT0020Ie for the individual shafts. http://www.golfworks.com/aerotech-steelfiber-70-cw-graphite-iron-shafts-355/p/AT0020I/ http://www.golfworks.com/aerotech-steelfiber-70-cw-graphite-iron-shafts-355/p/AT0020IE/

I have a set of MP 68 steel s shafts. I would like to change the steel stiff shafts to 95 R Flex - 370 tip (95g) 4B1H. How would I do it and how much it cost to have them change?

Asked by: vang
Sorry I was looking at the wrong shaft. I was looking at the True Temper XP95 not the Steel Fiber 95. The Steel Fiber shafts are $46.99 each.

I want to reshaft my SM6. I don't see any tapered tip. Any idea what will work. Looking at 95g reg. flex

Asked by: golfdude
For the 95 gram weight in a .355" taper tip you want the AT0015IE. Here is the link. http://www.golfworks.com/aerotech-steelfiber-95-iron-shafts-355/p/AT0015IE/

I have Taylormade SpeedBlade irons w/85g steel shafts. Would like to try Aerotech i70 A flex or R Flex shafts. What is the supposed advantage of A flex vs R flex? And what length and tipping do you suggest for a 7 iron?

Asked by: Pat
The A flex or Senior flex is a more flexible shaft and would help someone with a slower swingspeed with their distance and trajectory. We would recommend an A flex for a player hitting a 6 iron from 150 yards and an R flex for a 7 iron from 150 yards. For the SpeedBlade irons you would use the AT0018I SteelFiber shafts and follow trim code IR21 which recommends 2.5" tip trimming for the 7 iron. Here are the links to the trimming instructions and our Standard Length chart. http://www.golfworks.com/images/art/shaft_trim_inst.pdf http://www.golfworks.com/images/art/StdLengths.pdf

I am a female 7.2 hdcp index and have Nippon 950 reg in Ping Ansers. Have lost substantial distance and am thinking about Srixon 545's with an i70 steel carbon regular flex soft-stepped. Driver swing speed 85mph. Is it a good move

Asked by: Fore golf
For the Steelfiber 70 you would need the AT0020I shafts for the Srixon 545 irons. With your swingspeed soft stepping one club could work well. The Steelfiber shafts are a good choice and could work well.

I bought an uncut i95 xstiff .370 parellel tip. I would like to install it in my Titleist 915h hybrid. What do you recommend for tip trimming and overall shaft length?

Asked by: Robert
Titleist used the following lengths for the 915H Hybrids: 18 = 40.5" 21 = 40" 24 = 39.5" 27 = 39" I would tip trim the 18 degree as a 2 iron, 21 degree as a 3 iron, 24 degree as a 4 iron and 27 degree as a 5 iron using the I95 X stiff shaft. Follow trim chart IR21 at this link. You will need to scroll down the page to the iron trim chart. http://www.golfworks.com/images/art/shaft_trim_inst.pdf
