A: Trade customers receive special breaks on shipping orders made online as well as al of the special trade pricing and trade email specials mailed weekly reflecting Special Trade Pricing available for items above standard trade pricing.
Q: How will I know if a product is available before I purchase it?
A: One of the great benefits to our new site design is the fact that item status is now available online. When you view a product in your cart, you can see one of three options - in stock, back order, or call. Call simply means that there are special circumstances surrounding the product and we'd like to explain that to you over the phone.
Q: How do I specify exactly what I want online without talking to a representative from The GolfWorks ?
A: Using the NOTES section during the ordering process will automatically send your order to a Trade Service Representative who will manually key in your order. You can use this text field to alert us to the loft or flex of the product you are purchasing from The GolfWorks or special circumstances.
