Our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee*

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the purchase price, full credit or exchange -- your choice. We give you 45 days from the shipping date. That's the best guarantee in the golf industry.

*The Guarantee does not apply to merchandise sold as "close-outs" or "used." All returned items must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories, instructions and warranty cards (if any), and must show no signs of wear or abuse, otherwise a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse a return on a product that has been abused. Software and videos are not returnable.

Buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US Dealer or Distributor on an in-stock product, call or email us. We will match any verifiable price advertised as of the day you call. If you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 45 days, contact us and we'll refund the difference upon verification.


** Advertised items must be new. Used, demo-models, factory seconds and discontinued merchandise do not qualify for Price Protection. Products must be advertised, in stock and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine or catalog (you may be required to email or fax a copy of the offer to us). Due to some manufacturer restrictions, some items may not be eligible for Price Protection. Please call or email us if you have any questions.

How do I place an order?

The GolfWorks has several methods for you to place an order with us:

Internet Web Site - We are open 24 hours a day for you. Follow the easy check out procedures and get your order in now. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order to indicate our receipt, than another confirmation when your order is loaded into our system. Please review it and verify that your order is correct, noting the status on all items. If any changes are required, please call our Customer Service Dept. at (800)848-8358 (option #2).   We process orders quickly and at times it may be too late to make changes, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Phone Contact Center - Monday thru Friday 7am - Midnight EST, Saturday 7am - 9pm EST , and Sunday 8am - 6pm EST. Talk to our knowledgeable Sales Staff for help on picking the right items. Call us at (800) 848-8358 (option #1).

Catalog Order Form - Use The GolfWorks catalog order form and prepare your order.   Include the payment in form of a check, money order or include your credit card information.   Mail it to The GolfWorks, PO Box 3008, Newark, OH   43058 and we will process your order upon receipt.   Please be aware that some catalog items have limited stock and may sell out.   Please include an accurate phone number so we can contact you if needed.

GolfWorks Retail Stores - Come on in and make your purchase in person. We are stocked with all the items that are carried on our web site and catalog. In fact we have additional lines that are exclusive to our In-Store Sales.

What payment methods do you accept?

GolfWorks accepts several methods of payment:

Credit Card - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Check or Money Order - Payment can be made by Personal Check or Money Order in US funds in only. Please allow an additional 10 days for personal checks to process. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

Open Account - Requires credit approval.   To request a credit application, please contact us ( golfworks@golfworks.com ).

International Wire Transfer -Please contact us ( golfworks@golfworks.com ) for further information on this payment method.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will not charge any amount to your credit card until the item actually ships.   You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment (does not apply to special orders) by calling our Customer Service Dept. at (800) 848-8358 (option #2) or by sending us an e-mail .

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!   Please contact us with questions or to place your order.
