How do I place an order?

On the Web
Follow the easy check out procedures to place an order. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order was received. You will also receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped. Please review it and verify that your order is correct, noting the status on all items. If any changes are required, please promptly call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-848-8358 during business hours or email us after hours at golfworks@golfworks.com . We process orders quickly and at times it may be too late to make changes, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Catalog Order Form
Use The GolfWorks catalog order form and prepare your order.   Include the payment in the form of a check, money order or include your credit card information.   Mail it to The GolfWorks, PO Box 3008, Newark, OH   43058 and we will process your order upon receipt.   Please be aware that some catalog items have limited stock and may sell out.   Please include an accurate phone number so we can contact you if needed.

Come on in and make your purchase in person. We are stocked with all the items that are carried on our web site and catalog. In fact we have additional lines that are exclusive to our In-Store Sales.

Our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee*

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full credit or exchange - your choice. We give you 45 days from the shipping date. Some restrictions apply, please contact customer service if you have any questions on these restrictions below at 1-800 848-8358.

Shafts must be new or installed/prepped by The GolfWorks to qualify for a refund. Call tags will only be issued due to an error by The GolfWorks on an order or a defective product. All return items are subject to inspection before a credit is authorized. The GolfWorks reserves the right to issue credits to the original method of payment or an in house credit to be used on a future order. All returns must have a Return Authorization number provided by GolfWorks Customer Service, before they will be accepted at The GolfWorks.

45 Day Price Protection**

Buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US Dealer or Distributor on an in-stock product, call or email us. We will match any verifiable price advertised as of the day you call. If you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 45 days, contact us and we'll refund the difference upon verification.

** Advertised items must be new. Used, demo-models, factory seconds and discontinued merchandise do not qualify for Price Protection. Products must be advertised, in stock and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine or catalog (you may be required to email or fax a copy of the offer to us). Due to some manufacturer restrictions, some items may not be eligible for Price Protection. Please call or email us if you have any questions.

Backorder Policy

When viewing your cart during checkout, you'll see an item status below the product indicating either "In Stock," "Call," or "Backorder." The GolfWorks updates this status on the hour, and the deciding factor for the status designation is based on a threshold set at each product category (e.g. grips, steel iron shafts, iron heads, etc.).

"Call" status means the product has gone below this threshold value, and may or may not be in stock at the time your order is uploaded to our system (we do this on the hour as well during our normal Contact Center hours).

When you see a "Call" status on an item, you may want to contact us if the order is time sensitive for you or your customer. If the order isn't time sensitive and the product is on backorder, we will make the decision at the time of shipment as to shipping your order complete vs. allowing the backorder and shipping what is available now. If you have a preference, please indicate it in the note section of your order.

Pricing Errors

We bring you the best prices we can; as such, offers are subject to change without notice. Prices on our web site supersede all previously published prices and may be superseded by future web site prices. We cannot accept liability for graphic errors, incorrect specifications, or grammatical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The GolfWorks shall be in no way responsible for the improper use of the merchandise purchased and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise, including use of safety equipment, and the seeking of appropriate training.
