I have a Taylormade Firesole Driver. Would like to reshaft with a shaft more suited to my swing. I know the bore is .405 on the club head. What do I need to look for in shaft tip diameter and what adapters do I need to make it fit?

You can use the SADW and it will accept any .335" tip diameter wood shaft. It is the way I would reshaft this club.

I have a .335 graphite shaft that I would like to put in my .370 hosel hybrid. Is this possible and if so what shim or bushing ferrule would I need?

The SADW outside diameter is sized to fit into a .400" hosel bore size. You would need to carefully sand down the outside diameter to fit into the .370" hosel bore. I have done this in the past and as long as you are careful it will work. You could also use the SHIM30 to shim the .335" shaft into the .370" hosel bore. I have done this before as well and it works well. You might use some Quik Center (QCSB) to tighten the fit with the SHIM30. http://www.golfworks.com/the-golfworks-brass-adaptor-shims/p/SHIM/

I have a set of original Lynx Black Cat irons with stiff shafts, they are Dynamic Flare  S Flex. I want a regular flex .370 shaft...need some advice. I understand that the shaft is .365 at the tip and .430 at the top of the hossel . Help please!

I have reshafted one of these irons before using the SADW adaptor. You will need to get creative with this reshaft. You will need to trim the SADW a little shorter so that the bottom edge of the ferrule fits flush with the top of the hosel. This will help keep the shaft centered in the bore. When you epoxy the club you will need to make sure the areas around the SADW fill with epoxy because there will be open space around the adaptor at the top part of the hosel. You will also need to set the iron just right while the epoxy cures to keep the shaft centered in the bore.

We do stock a ferrule for a .400" tip diameter shaft that you should be able to make work with the Taylor Made Bubble shaft. The order code is 64OW. You will find them at this link. http://www.golfworks.com/product.asp?pn=60PW
