Graftech GT 55 Graphite Golf Shaft Specifications

Graftech GT 55 Graphite Wood Shafts is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from As advertised Good trajectory, responds to input so you can keep it down in the wind or launch it high when needed. Eliminated ballooning with the stock Grafalloy Blue Axis in a Speedline driver. The feel is a little harsh, although some of that is the clubhead. Bottom line - very good performance, especially for the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shaft at a Great Price! I've used the 55 gram Graftech shafts for quite a while and they perform like much more expensive shafts. The specifications are similar to Aldila NVS shafts and the Graftech feel as good and perform as well.

will this shaft fit into a 2012 Taylor Made RBZ? Also, I want the senior shaft for this club, it should be a Aldila M 45 .350 2D2M.

Asked by: s46rick
The Graftech GT 55 could be used in the RBZ if you also purchase and install it into the TM0017 adaptor for a .335" tip diameter shaft. The Graftech GT 55 is only available in a .335" tip diameter. The TM0017 will fit the RBZ and allow you to use the .335" tip diameter shaft with this driver. http://www.golfworks.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_TM0017

I HAVE A ADAM SWINGLINE DRIVER WITH A GT 55 ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT SHAFT, HOW WOULD I KNOW IF THIS IS A SENIOR  SHAFT? there are no letters on the shaft

Asked by: wastewater
Without any flex designation on the shaft, you may need to call Adams to find out the flex. The club could be measured on a Frequency analyzer to give you an idea of the flex based on the frequency reading. Frequency is an oscillation measurement that measures cycles per minute. Depending on the number of cycles, the flex range can be determined.
