For replacement shafts I am looking for a 2B2M, 3B3H or 4B3H this shaft has a 4B2H code does that mean these won't work for the clubs I am going to replace the shafts on?

Asked by: firethorngreen
Keep in mind that the 2, 3 & 4 at the beginning of each code represents the shaft flex. 2 is Senior flex, 3 is Men's Regular flex and 4 is Stiff flex. This code is to help your pick a shaft that best fits your needs or specifications. With the 4B2H code the 4 tells you it is a stiff flex. The B tells you it is a mid weight shaft. The 2 tells you it is a medium trajectory shaft and the H tells you it can help correct a hook. To make recommendations for the clubs you have it would help us to know which clubs you have. Manufacture and model. Different models use different tip diameter shafts.

What KBS shafts will fit the Nike vapor fly pro irons?

Asked by: Jackieboy
The Vapor Fly Pro irons use a .355" taper tip so any of the KBS shafts offered in a .355" tip diameter will fit these irons.

Hello. This is Kazu. How are you? I have TaylorMade TOUR PREFERRED MB Irons. I am wondering if these KBS shafts will fit into them. Thank you.

Asked by: Kazuhiro
For the Taylor Made Tour Preferred MB irons you will need the KBS Tour .355" taper tip shafts which is code FS0018. http://www.golfworks.com/kbs-tour-taper-tip-steel-iron-shafts/p/FS0018/

will this shaft fir into a titleist ap2 5 iron

Asked by: mike
For the Titleist AP2 #5 iron you would need the FS0018 which is the .355" taper tip version of the KBS Tour shafts. You would order the one listed for the 5 iron. http://www.golfworks.com/kbs-tour-taper-tip-steel-iron-shafts/p/FS0018/

I just got s set of Cobra FlyZ+ irons with the Project X shafts, they seem real heavy and stiffer than the typical KBS Tour shafts I have had in another set, are they that much heavier than the KBS tour shafts? Loosing the good shots to the right mostly!

Asked by: Jeff
You did not mention which flex you have with these two shafts. If I compare a 6.0 Project X to a KBS Tour S flex the Project X is heavier, stiffer and has a lower balance point compared to the KBS Tour S flex. The Project X 5.5 even tests a little stiffer then the KBS Tour S flex, especially in the tip section. The higher balance point, which moves weight in the shaft closer to the grip end, can help to make the club feel lighter, even if the shafts have the same weight. In comparing flexes with these two shafts the KBS Tour tests a more flexible then the Project X.

is the S+ option going to be available?

Asked by: Mike
The S+ is not available in the .370 parallel tip, only in the .355 taper tip. You can use the .355 taper tip in a parallel tip hosel by using our SHIMT brass shims. It is not uncommon to shim .355 into .370 tip hosels.

Is the KBS Tour .370 parallel tip a stiff or x-stiff?   I'm looking to replace shafts in my TM Burner 2.0 irons. Driver swing speed 115mph. Distance 290. 8 iron distance 163.

Asked by: TJK
The KBS Tour .370" parallel tip shaft is available in R,S or X flex. For your 8 iron distance you would fit into an X flex. The X flex is currently on Backorder and we are showing it is not due in until the middle of August. You could use the S flex and do 1" additional tip trimming to make it play like the X flex.

What is the difference in a tour 90 shaft ball flight and a tour 120

Asked by: Jonesy
The KBS Tour 90 is a lighter weight shaft then the Tour 120. The Tour 90 tests and plays more flexible the the 120 and will hit the ball higher.
