5/4/2016  I just ordered a KE4 ST-2a 9.5 driver.  My intention is to use it as an experimental or demonstrator club and have multiple shafts for the same head.  What is the correct hosel adapter product number??  The head is MA0258.

For the KE4-ST-2A driver you need the MA0264 shaft adaptor. http://www.golfworks.com/maltby-fct-precison-fit-shaft-adaptor/p/MA0264/

In the specifications you say "Allows for 26 different face angle and loft combinations. " What are the different loft combinations available?

This adaptor does not actually change the loft it effectively changes the loft by the face angle changes. It can be adjusted from 3 degrees closed to 3 degrees open. If you have the 9.5 degree driver and you change the setting from Neutral to 1 degree closed. The effective loft would now be 10.5 degree. Closing the face 1 degree makes the driver play like it has 1 degree more loft. We reference the loft in a square position and if it is 1 degree closed at 9.5 degrees and we open the face to a square position the loft would now measure 10.5 degrees. The same is true with an open face position. It the face is opened 1 degree from square or neutral and the loft is 9.5 degrees it would now play like it has 8.5 degrees loft. Closing the face 3 degrees would make the driver play like it has 3 degrees more loft and opening the face 3 degrees would make the driver play like it has 6.5 degrees loft. Assuming 9.5 degrees as standard.
