These shafts are the most accurate and consistant I've found. Been using them for over 20 years. I changed out my graphite shafts in my hybrid irons and woods (the hosel on my 3 wood hybrid takes a .370 diameter) for better online shots and consistant yardages. The only con is the extra wieght but the trade off for accuracy saves me a stroke or two per round!
