Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Gloveless Grip I have been playing gloveless for the last 2 years since going to the Winn grip. You simply do not need to waste money on gloves using these grips. Just regrip all my clubs with the midsize grips. Hit em straigh n Hit em long all day long with these babies.

My wife has Callaway Diablo Edge Hybid/Irons. What replacement grips do you recommend. If I peel back the current grip it says 585 / 1 37 I assume that means the shaft dia is 58.5 so I should go with a 58 grip. Is the 37 the weight?

Asked by: PamIron
Both the Winn Dri-Tac Dk Grey/Ping (WN0101) and the Winn Dri-Tac Grey (WN0083) would be suitable replacements in size and weight for the Diablo Edge hybrid irons.

What's the difference between standard and midsize grips. Which grip would a 16 handicapper use who has standard size hands. Could a bigger grip help relax my hands.

Asked by: Gunner 51
There is a grip sizing chart on the Golfworks website. It explains the actual size difference. As far as which grip is right for you, I can only assume that your standard size hands would be best fit with a standard size grip. The correct size of a grip should be a size that allows the fingers of your top hand to barely touch the the palm of your hand when properly gripping the club. A larger grip than actually fits you could work if 1) you have some dexterity problems or have some issues that prevent you from holding a standard size grip with the right grip pressure 2) you have a tendency to aqueeze a standard size grip too hard, 3) the larger size just feels better and does help relax your hands.
