CER CNC MILLED WEDGE CLUBHEAD
Read the Editorial
The GolfWorks new CER Milled Face wedges bring classic styling and milled face spin technology to the CER brand. These new wedges are offered in a 52 loft with 4 degrees of bounce, a 56 with 12 degrees of bounce and 60 with 6 degrees of bounce. The sole is a consistent width grind, which provides more playability and utilizes the bounce angle when the face is rolled open. The CNC milled face and CNC milled U grooves aid in maximizing spin from a variety of turf and sand conditions. Manufactured from 8620 carbon steel, these wedges produce and extremely soft feel from both full shots and those short chip shots around the green.
The QPQ (Quench, Polish, Quench) finish gives the heads the dark finish and provides added durability and luster. Loft and lie adjustments can be easily made without marring or cracking the finish. The combination of the 8620 carbon steel, the QPQ finish, the ultra playable sole design and the spin enhancing milled face and grooves make these CER wedges as good as any we have ever designed.

Nice and easy

Made up the 52,56,60 with FST Hi-rev shafts in stiff flex , all to 35" lenght and SW of D7.
The heads look geat with a nice sole grind for the average golfer.
The milling and grooves are just as good as some of the higher profile names that have BV stamped on them.
The courses I play have very sandy fairways and the sole at 1" wide is just right to stop to much digging , but still allow different short game shots to be played.
The dark finish is great if you play in a sunny part of the world and very little rust has appeared after 12 rounds during our winter (wet seasons).
The only part to show any rust is the grey milled face and this is not rusting very fast at all.
They are made of 8620 carbon steel , cast and then milled just like some of the OEM wedges with 2 letters stamped on the back (these have 3 letters C.E.R ).
I have found the 60deg wedge to be very good at getting the ball out of bunkers with steep faces.
These heads are a joy to use and the 52deg is my go to club between 40 to 95 metres out.
The ball stops quickly (B330-S) on full shots with some backing up 1 or 2 metres.
