True Temper Dynamic Gold .355" Steel Iron Shafts is rated 3.3333 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sometimes high tech is over rated ! With all the "new" steel shafts on the market to choose from True Temper Dynamic Gold stands the test of time ! Still the most consistent across the board, it is my go to when an experiment doesn't pan out .

Hi to you, What is the difference between X100,200 and 300, please ? Thank you, Yuri T.

Asked by: YURI T
The difference in the X100, 200, 300, according to True Temper, is the X300 is slightly stiffer than the X200 and the X200 is slightly stiffer than the X100, etc. The shafts are actually sorted by weight where the X300 would be slightly heavier than the X200 and the X200 would be slightly heavier than the X100.

what is the gram weight differance between a true temper dynamic gold iron shaft and the dynamic sl shaft.

Asked by: william a
The Dynamic Gold SL shafts are approximately 20 grams lighter than the Dynamic Gold iron shafts. The SL shafts are designed to play identical to the Dynamic Gold shafts even with the lighter weight.

I have this shaft with product ref no: L2:1423073-13 DGIR 30-37.5. I was told it was a Dyn Gld R300 but when I compared a new one against this the steps were completely different. It also feels extra stiff. Please advise what this might be. Thanks Jim

Asked by: JBGOLF
The DGIR 30 - 37.5". The DG stands for Dynamic Gold. The I stands for Iron. The R for Regular flex. 30 stands for 300 and the 37.5" is the raw length measurement for the shaft which is the shaft for an 8 iron. I would suppose it is possible that the manufacture mis marked. A 37.5" Dynamic Gold R300 shaft will measure 7" from the butt end of the shaft to the first step down from the butt end. It will measure 11.25" from the tip of the shaft to the first step up from the tip and the steps themselves will measure 1.75" long.

I have a mizuno mp t4 50 gap wedge with a dg spinner wedge shaft. I hit it too high and lose distance. What shaft would you recommend to lower the flight and get a little extra distance? ?Currently play kbs tour S hardstepped shafts in my irons.?

Asked by: Rce001
You may want to try the KBS C Taper (FS0026) in you gap wedge. This is KBS's lowest launching shaft in the line.

What will be biggest difference between x100 ?taper and x100 parallel

Asked by: court
the parallel shaft is offered in a raw length of 41" which requires tip trimming for each club and has a tip diameter of .370. The taper tip version shaft ranges in lengths of 37" to 41" and has a .355 tip diameter. You will need to choose the proper length shaft for each club in your set.
