DM ACCUSITE CHIPPER HEAD
DM ACCUSITE CHIPPER HEAD
The Accusite Chipper is a remarkable club that makes the chip and run shots around the green as simple as stroking a putt. In fact, its design allows the player to literally use it like a putter from those areas around the green that require the shot to clear the fringe, land on the green and then roll to the hole. The wide sole (1.8") virtually eliminates the stubbed shot. It glides right across the surface, allowing crisp contact. The loft is 48°, making it easy to get the ball up and over the fringe and those rough spots around the green. The head weight is heavier than most sand wedges, allowing the club to be built to shorter lengths for the club head feel and control needed to get the ball close to the hole. The offset hosel helps the golfer keep their hands in front of the ball through impact for crisper contact, a must on the chip and run shot. For golfers who try to use a 7 or 8 iron to
hit a chip and run, but tend to stub the club in the ground, the Accusite Chipper is the answer.
Highlights:
- Heavier head weight provides better feel and control.
- Recommended shorter playing length (7 iron) eliminates the need to choke up and allows for more consistent contact.
- 1.8" wide sole glides across the turf and virtually eliminates the stubbed chip.
- 48° loft lifts the ball over the fringe and onto the green.
- Radius leading and trailing edge grind and front to back sole camber prevents snagging.
- Offset hosel promotes a hand forward position at impact for
crisper contact.
- Recommended ferrule 60PI
