I have a Taylormade R7 460cc driver. Can this shaft be installed on this clubhead? Are there any adapters required?

Asked by: valpodave64
The Taylor Made R7 460cc driver uses a .350" parallel tip diameter shaft. To properly install this .335" parallel tip diameter shaft into this driver you will need to use this Taylor Made ferrule adaptor. (BB9008)

Hi I would like to know if could by this shaft but 2" longer. Thank you?

Asked by: guidosargiotto
This shaft is made only in the 46" raw length. If you installed it uncut into most of the modern designed driver heads without cutting the shaft at all you would have a finished length in the 47.25" range.

I have a cobra amp driver I want to reshaft. Looking at the fujikura fuel , 60 s. Do you have adapter? What else besides grip n length do I have to think about? Thks

Asked by: Dre OK
We do not have the AMP adaptor in stock but we can get it via special order. Besides grip and length we would also need to know which setting in the adaptor you would like the shaft aligned to. Since this would involve a special order for the adaptor it would be best to call in this order at 1-800-848-8358.

What shift do you recommend for a ping g25 3 wood? I swing a regular flex.

Asked by: Blake87
The Fuel could certainly work the the Ping F25 fairway wood. If you are looking for a shaft that would play more like the stock shaft that came in the G25 then a shaft like the Fujikura EXS 6.1 (FS0072) would more match the stock shaft. There are many good shafts that could work well with the G25 3 wood. If you could provide us with a little more information regarding your swing and what you want the shaft to do compared to the one it had we might be able to make a few more suggestions.

i am looking for shafts that fit Taylor Made new R15 do I select from your menus

Asked by: joep
The stock shaft in the TM R15 Drivers has a.350 tip diamter, so to use the same adaptor you would need to select a shaft that has a .350 option. There are not many .350 tip shaft options available. What most people do is order the shaft they want in the .335 tip (many more options) and order the R15 TP adaptor in the .335. The .335 shaft in the TM R-15 TP .335 adaptor can then be installed in your R-15 Driver. As for the type and flex of shaft you need, you can use the MPF shaft selection guide to narrow down the choices. You then can narrow down the choices based on your flex need, weight need and trajectory. You can call our customer service line and our staff can help you identify the type of shaft that might work best for you, based on the information you give them about your game and what performance characteristics you are looking for in a new shaft.

Just a general question on pricing. There are conflicting answers in?Charlie Meloro ? and golfer30's question. When ordering the shaft, do you add the adapter to your cart and say you want it installed, but are only charged for the shaft not the adapter?

Asked by: Nater93
With the FK0069 shaft the OEM Adaptor and installation are included. Place your order for the shaft and in the Special Information box at check out put the code for the OEM Adaptor and ask to have it installed.

I had a Cleveland HiBore XLS driver with a FujikuraTour Platform (S) that was great. The shaft broke and head was damaged. I replaced the head and need a new shaft. Swing speed is 107mph. Could you make a few recommendations?

Asked by: bobspivy
On the Fujikura website under the legends tab, they list a Tour Platform 26.3 and a Tour Platform 27.3. the basic difference is the weight, with the 26.3 being in the mid 60 gram weight range and the 27.3 being in the low 70 gram range. The Fujikura Pro 63 is similar in torque and weight to the 26.3, so that might be an option. That is probably the closest option we carry in the Fujikura line.

looking for fujikura shaft for R11 3 wood.

Asked by: farmone
The stock fairway shaft in the R11 was the Fujikura Blur 70. In our current Fujikura line the EXS 7.2 would be the closest match. Your Taylor Made R11 3 wood used a .350" tip diameter shaft. These are .335" tip diameter shafts. You will need the TM0016 adaptor to install this shaft or you will need to shim the .335" shaft into the existing .350" adaptor. We have a SHIM15 for that purpose.
