SCORING LINE DEPTH GAUGE

The GolfWorks Repair Department has measured tens of thousands of scoring lines on irons and wedges, including hundreds belonging to PGA Tour players. Often the lines are too shallow due to wear or manufacturing. Scoring lines less than the USGA allowed .020” generate less than optimal backspin, reducing control and consistency.
