Great Wedge shaft
Reviewed By:
Bob (Round Rock, TX)
I paired up this Hi-Rev shaft in a Regular flex with the Tricept Black 54* & Red 58* wedge clubheads. Played 2 rounds & hit some balls & OMG what a difference.
I've always found that OEM shafts on wedges were always a little to stiff for my game. I'm hitting these wedges much longer then my current Cleveland CG-14 wedges. I believe the combo of this shaft & the Tricept wedge clubheads can't be beat! Let's not even talk about the $.

Smooth wedges

I have heard so many good things about Hi-Rev, I have decided to try this shaft in Tricept Wedge Heads.
First thing is that it is very smooth even in Stiff configuration : ball get air easely and stop quick on green. Before this I had X-Tour wedges from Callaway with DG TT S300, Hi-Rev and Tricept Wedge Heads are more easy to hit than Cally and a bit more long too. I recommand Hi-Rev shafts and don't go with FST Pro 125 in your wedges (even they are excellent for Irons 3-PW)

Nice ,but no gold star

I have put this shaft in stiff flex into the CER 52,56,60 milled heads .
The club length is 35" and SW of D7 for all 3 clubs.
This shaft has the same profile as the rifle spinner shaft.
Quality and finish is very good.
The only down side is the tip section could have been a bit stiffer for my liking , but they still feel nice on full shots.
Maybe x flex would suit me better.
Compare the price of these to spinners and its a no brainer which to choose.
