The kbs tour 90 steel shaft is this the shaft to replace my kbs taylor made shaft on my taylor made r11's and any special install instructions. Thank You

Asked by: barts
Yes the KBS Tour 90 was the shaft used in the Taylor Made R11 irons. The R11 irons use a .370" tip diameter shaft so you will need to follow the correct trimming instructions for the shaft. You follow trim code IR3 for the iron number you will be reshafting. You will find the IR3 Trim Code at this link.

Asked by: Ed Barnes
The KBS Tour 90 shafts are stepped. They are not stepless.

Hi, Current set: I20's, KBS Tour R, hard stepped once.?Bought DBM irons 4-PW, how to tip/trim for same/better feel - shafts are stiff. ?I hit my 7 iron about 145-155 and rate my tempo as smooth with a 45 degree takeaway. Thanks! Jay Thill?
