Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Grip 4 all clubs Love these grips. I can use any grip - 10finger, vardon, etc. easily with these grips. Choke up, choke down - same grip, no adjustment required. Simplifies the golf swing. The heavy grip balances my swing. I think the industry has gotten it all wrong by going lighter on the grips. Grip1 should offer these in different colors. Got them on all my clubs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great grip Was looking for a grip to use with the "Natural Golf" swing and these are perfect. Many friends have had me install them for a conventional swing too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best grips out there I have been using this grip for about 10 years and I think it is the best grip I have seen. I wanted to find a grip that had no taper and was an equal gripping diameter for the right hand as well as the left. The taper on the other tapered grips that I had used tended to irritate my left pinky finger because it was so large to hold. it would pop and crack when I made a fist and I had some pain in that finger. I tried gripping down on the club but that didn't seem to help much. I tried putting extra wraps on the right hand side of the grip but that was inconsistent, so I went looking for a non tapered grip. since I have been using the grip one non-tapered grip my finger has stopped popping and hurting and the grip that I have on the club is even and consistent and I think it has helped me in my quest for the perfect swing. I would not hesitate to recommend this grip to anyone wanting to take their golf game to the next level. Dave Gregersen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from injured hand and still winning matches tried these grips after injuring my right 4th finger playing with undersized grips. These grips are amazing! I don't have to worry about my hands slipping and I am releasing my clubs better. On our last ten man group outing, I took home the big money pot. Buy a set, you won't regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for everyone I bought these grips because of some arthritis and hand injuries. I love them. Using my clubs as demos others much younger love them too. Great control. A side benefit is they wear and form grooves over time like a training grip. Perfectly legal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feel and flexibility for different shots Been using them for about 7 years. Great feel and give me the ability to "choke down" when I need to and keep same feel. Seem to last like a full cord grip. I play 4 times a week all year and only have used 2 sets in last 5 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grip for me! I've played these grips for years and love the fact that my hands on longer ache a few hours after my round. They do get slick in the rain :-( But tat seems to the only downside in my opinion.

which 580 or 600 for irons, Which for hybreds, and which for driver and fairway woods. Thanks

Asked by: brady
If you want a standard grip size then use the .600" core size grip on the driver, fairway woods and hybrids. If you want a grip size that is +1/16" larger then standard (Mid Size) then use the .580" core size.

outside diameter of installed grip, assuming a .600 shaft?

Asked by: teds
The G10001 grip installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft would measure .900" measured at 2" down from the top edge of the end cap. The G1NTM at 1/16" oversize installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft would measure .960" at 2" down from the top edge of the end cap.

why is the standard grip .600" larger than the oversize .580"

Asked by: golfer33
The core size does not indicat what the size of the grip is. That being said, if you install a smaller core size, like a .580, on a larger butt diameter shaft, it results in a larger size of grip. For example, a standard .580 core grip on a .600 butt diameter shaft will yield a 1/64" oversize grip.

I would like to weight up my irons to D8 and want to know which weights would do that on the KS4 model w 2 weight screws. I would also like a D8 driver if you offer one with 2 weights. I do not believe that 1 weight near the toe would allow balance.

Asked by: pipengr
We can not advise on the weights without knowing the shaft type and weight, the grip weight and the length of the club you are going to build. All are factors in determining swingweight. We do not offer a Driver with two weights. From a design standpoint, balance and the position of the weight are not necessarily dependant on each other. You must consider the entire mass. We would not design a club with a weight in a position that did not provide either balance, benefit or both.

When will the overside be back in stock and is it more mid size or larger than that? Thanks

Asked by: Kevin B
We expect the G1NTM model to arrive around 4-17. It is 1/16" over men's standard grip size. I would consider it to be a great midsize option.
