Purchased this hitting net over a year ago and used it outside as shown in all advertising photos. It was securely anchored to the ground via bungees as my home is on a hillside and often windy. Found that the dimensions for this product caught my golfballs well and brought initial satisfaction. A few weeks later I discovered that my hitting net began to tear around the tent pole sleeves and quickly fell under the stress. I complained to the Golfworks and was immediately helped with another net sent to my home. I repeated the experience and again found that this product deteriorated quickly under the wind and weather i.e.: Pole sleeves tearing and tent poles fracturing in less than six months. I must conclude that this is simply NOT and outdoor product. If it were set-up indoors it would probably last greater than one season. But since I can only practice outdoors I concluded that the best product that I would most likely need would be the same kind of net that is found at a Professional golf course. With that in mind I purchased a weather-proof nylon 10x10x10 coated practice net and have been very happy eversince.
