The GolfWorks Speed Clamp
The GolfWorks Speed Clamp’s unique clamping fixture instantly self adjust to any shaft diameter size. Once the clamp comes in contact with the golf shaft, the gears lock into place creating a slip proof hold on any type of golf shaft using very light clamping pressure to safely hold even the lightest of graphite golf shaft designs. The Speed Clamp is CNC milled to exact tolerances and comes complete with hardware for bench mounting.

The handle with the black plastic ball broke at the threads. Can I buy that piece separate?

How do I attach this to the vice on my workbench?

Attaching it to a workbench is no problem. Just a couple of bolts or lag screws through the mounting holes will attach it to your workbench. To use it with a vise you would first have to mount it to a board or piece of metal that would hang down from the base that could be clamped between the vise jaws. If you look at the picture of our GolfWorks Quick Shaft Clamp at this link you will see a silver piece of metal on the bottom of the base. This is then clamped between the jaws of the vise. You would need something similar mounted to the Speed Clamp to use it with the vise. http://www.golfworks.com/product.asp?pn=GW0051
