Rubber Tungsten Tip Weights
Flexible rubber tungsten tip weights are ideal for safely adding large amounts of weight to graphite shaft tips. Slotted design allows air to escape during assembly eliminating any chance of built up air pressure causing the shaft to withdraw from the hosel. Available in both 8 and 10 grams.

These are way better than the tungsten weights designed to do the same job. Unlike the tungsten tip weights, the slot for escaping air is pre-cut, and the rubber mixed in the material won't break. Tungsten sometimes breaks, letting the narrow portion rattle up and down the shaft.
