MALTBY HYBRID ST IRON HEADS
The Maltby Hybrid ST hollow irons are one of the most advanced irons ever developed. The Hybrid ST design uses “Advanced Shell Technology” in each iron in the set. What this means is that each irons wall thicknesses are precise in their configuration, maximizing the performance of each club. The mass of each head is positioned to place the center of gravity low in the clubhead to provide optimal trajectory for each loft, even with a sweeping or shallow swing plane. The progressive sole width, wider in the long and mid irons and slightly narrower in the short irons, is extremely turf friendly making solid contact the norm. The longer blade length, combined with the extreme perimeter weighting, give the Hybrid ST irons one of the highest moment of inertias (resistance to twisting) of any modern iron ever developed. This translates into great feel and performance, even on those not so perfect hits.
Highlights:
- 17-4 Stainless Steel casting is extremely precise, with wall thickness carefully controlled to position weight for the highest playability.
- Very low c.g. for optimal trajectory, even with a sweeping swing.
- High MOI (resistance to twisting) provides the highest level
of forgiveness.
- Complete hollow construction throughout the entire set
optimizes weight distribution in each iron in the set.
- Shallow face height in the long and mid irons aids in positioning the c.g. low in the head, which helps get the ball airborne.
- M – Grooves for optimum spin control.
- Available in 3/DI thru 9 iron, PW, GW
- Recommended ferrule – 60PI

- Tuesday, June 10, 2008 Easy,Easy,Easy!!! Reviewed By: Tommy (Clemmons, North Carolina) Easiest clubs I have ever hit. Even when struck out on the toe they still go striaght and then only loose a few yards. Four straight rounds in the mid to low 80's. Dropped ten strokes off my game and I've only played four rounds with them!!! Amazing clubheads!!! I can't say enough good things about these to do them justice. Try them, you wont be sorry!
