Mitsubishi Rayon Kuro Kage Silver w/Tini 2nd Gen Wood Shafts

The Second Generation KURO KAGE™ Silver Wood Series will feature the same Profile and High Density Prepreg as the original KURO KAGE™ Silver shafts, but with the addition of TiNi wire in the tip section. The result is a series of shafts that will deliver the lower launch and lower spin of the original KURO KAGE™ Silver profile, but with added stability and increased energy release through the impact zone, adding explosive power to the signature, KURO KAGE™ Silver profile.

What are the specs on this shaft? Kick point? Tip?

Asked by: Wyatt
The spec's box for these shafts is at the bottom of the page at this link. The spec's vary a little bit depending on which weight and flex you are looking at.

I have a swing speed of 110 and a low draw ball flight. I play an x flex but I was wondering if I should get the kuro kage or the Fubuki. I need a mid kick point and around 66 to 67 grams. Thank you.

There are several Fubuki options, but based n the information you have given, I would say the Fubuki Z is the closest to what you have described. I am also assuming you are referring to the Kuro Kage Black, which is designed more to your characteristics than the Kuro Kage Silver. There is not a big differnce between the Fubuki Z and the Kro Kage Black from a specification stand point. The Fubuki Z is more of a mid launch design where the Kuro Kage is a low to mid lanuch. Both have mid/high bend points in the X flex, with the Fubuki Z having a little firmer tip, meaning it might feel a little firmer.
