Miyazaki Kusala JDL Series Graphite Wood Shaft

The Miyazaki JDL series was engineered to have superior multi-axis consistency as the ultimate upgrade for the modern adjustable driver. Inconsistencies or "spines" present in inferior graphite shafts can lead to axes of enhanced or reduced stiffness. When an inconsistent shaft is rotated in an adjustable driver, differences in feel and preformance can negate or exaggerate precision adjustments. The JDL is Miyazaki's second-generation Quad Orthogonal Bias Technology design. By strategically orienting the origination and termination axes for each layer of carbon fiber, the spine effect is essentially eliminated.

what is best shaft to control side spin and lower swing speed

Asked by: kipp
Different shaft designs will not effect side spin. Face angle and club head path influence side spin. It is important to choose the correct flex. If you have the incorrect shaft flex in your golf clubs the club head may not release properly. If you really wish to lower swing speed I would recommend the heaviest possible golf shaft and then cut it to the shortest possible playing length while still retaining a manageable swing weight not lower than C6.

Hi. Do you stock, or can you order the JDL 8 (S) for a fairway wood? Many thanks.?

Asked by: Matt Bargh
We do not have the JDL 8 (S) in stock and it is no longer available from Miyazaki.
