These sticks are not straight

These alignment sticks aren't straight. I had a second order sent to me and same problem. The metal holding the sticks is bent thus causing the sticks to look like a Banana when fully extended into place. Very disappointing. Alignment sticks should be straight don't you think? Good service however from GolfWorks since they sent a second order at no charge.
