Royal Grip - Sand Wrap
Reviewed By: Ricardo (DeSoto, Texas)
I've used these grips for many years. They don't slip in hot/humid conditions, are VERY durable, and don't eat-up gloves like cords. Back in 2006 these were used by P. Michelson. Danny Edwards owned the company back then and they became in short supply. They could not keep up with demand and Edwards outsourced manufacturing to another group, who also could not meet demand. They paid Edwards for breaking their contract, but he had too many unhappy customers and pros migrated to other more reliable sources (mostly Golf Pride). Lampkin then bought Royal Grips (demand remains high in Japan) and demand never recovered in the US.
