I learned more about iron playability by studying the first 50 pages of this book than I had learned in the 20 previous years that I've played the game. It was a true eye-opener for me, and I really think I know what to look for in an iron now instead of feeding on the hype. Every golf consumer should read this book. It cuts through all the nonsense you hear elsewhere (ie: manufacturer's marketing), and the interesting side stories also keep the pages turning.
