I need good senior shaft for control and distance (irons) Mizuno jpx 800. Can you recommend?

Asked by: punky
JPX 800 irons use a .355" taper tip stock steel shaft and we do not have any Senior flex shafts available in a .355" taper tip. In the Project X Pxi a 4.0 to 4.5 would be considered a Senior flex. 5.0 is the softest flex available for the Pxi shafts. Shafts like the True Temper XP95 or 105, KBS Tour 90 and C-Taper Lite are shafts that test and play a little more flexible then their listed flex so an R flex in these shafts, which are available in .355" taper tips might work well for you. Even in .370" parallel tip shafts there are not many Senior flex shafts available. Using .370" shaft would require the clubheads to be reamed or rebored to accept the .370" tip size shaft.
