The Grafalloy BiMatrx Tour Prototype Wood Shaft brings the stability of steel and the high performance of graphite together for the ultimate in performance . through a proprietary process, the ultralight high performance graphite body is combined with a premium steel tip section resulting in the best combination possible for performance and control. The ultralight graphite body provides the distance, and steel tip provides the accuracy. The bend profile provides a low, penetrating ball flight, and when combined with slightly higher driver lofts can provide a high launch angle with lower spin rates to maximize distance. This versatility in creating different launch conditions based on loft and swing speeds makes the Grafalloy BiMatrx Tour Prototype Wood Shaft one of the most versatile high performance shafts available.
Available in R, S, and X in 6 different colors.

Really disappointingBought this shaft at the request of a client/ friend as a possible replacement on his driver. When it arrived I noticed the shaft had a slight bend, turned out It was in the graphite section. Interested in how it would flex I ran it through a zone profile or at least attempted to, the shaft cracked about nine inches back from the metal section. Golf works honored the warrantee but informed me this shaft should never be put on a frequency meter. My opinion - if it can't handle a zone profiling it probably wouldn't handle a 105-110 mph swing very long.

I have a 913 D3 Driver and would like the pink in a S Flex with the tip installed. ?Can you please tell me what my total would be and how I would go about placing this order. Thanks!
Asked by: Jdubs006
The cost of the Titleist adaptor is $17.99. The cost of the Bi-Matrix shaft is $79.99. The cost to install the adaptor is $10.00. So you are looking at $107.98 plus shipping.
If you are ordering on line you would place your order for the shaft and adaptor. At Checkout in the Special Notes box put a note that you would like the adaptor installed. Make sure to tell us which setting you would like the shaft installed to.

What is tip trimming
Asked by: Rudy
Butt and Tip trimming are normally done to allow for correct length and stiffness. The more you trim from the tip the stiffer the shaft gets. Normally on woods you only butt trim to make the correct length you desire. So if you sand and prepare the tip of the shaft to fit the head and want a 45 inch driver length, you would set the shaft in the head and epoxy. The next day you would measure the club length and trim from the butt the necessary amount. Irons are different and you would consult the manufactures sheet to determine the correct butt and tip trimming
