Is this solvent perchloroethylene or naptha?

Asked by: Slasher4771
In looking at the MSDS sheet it says it is made up of 70% to 80% of Hydrotreated Light Distillates, 10% to 20% Water, 10% to 15% Fatty Acid Soap, and 1% to 5% Nonionic Surfactant. Perchloroethylene has not been used in grip solvents for a number of years now.
