The GolfWorks Maximum Strength Quick Set Epoxy

Recommended By The GolfWorks Staff!

The GolfWorks Maximum Strength Quick Set Epoxy is the strongest “5 minute” epoxy available, specifically formulated for metal wood and iron club assembly. Standard “5 minute” epoxies are only recommended for putter assembly and temporary emergency repairs. With a full cure lap shear strength of 2900 psi and a usable cure time of 15-30 minutes, the Maximum Strength Quick Set eliminates the need for unreliable one part cyanoacrylate adhesives and is much more reliable than standard “5 minute” shafting epoxies with average lap shear strengths of 1500 psi. Maximum Strength Quick Set is black in color with a mix ratio of 1:1. Thumb plunger for dispersion is included with 50ml cartridges.

The GolfWorks Maximum Strength Quick Set Epoxy is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.

I just bought max. strength quick set epoxy 50 ml dispenser. I cannot get the thumb plunger to move the dispenser plunger. It seems to be locked in place. Can you help?

Asked by: Harry Morgan
If the plunger will not move at all, even without a cartridge installed, then we probably need to replace the gun for you. It would be best if you contacted customer service and let them know of the problem you are having with the gun. You can mention that I have recommended that you call them. My name is Jim. Without having the gun here it is hard to say for sure what the problem might be. Another option would be for you to send a couple of pictures of the gun to me and we can look at the pictures to see if everything is set up correctly. My email address is
