What size shaft tip do i need for a yes tour pippi putter. i tried a .370 but it was so loose.

Asked by: boom boom
This should be a .370" tip shaft size. It is very common that the shaft will fit loose over the post putter designs. I will always use Quik Center (QCSB) with the epoxy to fill the space with this type of assembly. I have also used some 1/8" masking tape spiral wrapped on the putter post to tighten the fit and keep the shaft centered on the post. When you spiral wrap the tape make sure to leave some space between the wraps.

i have an older killer bee putter that has a bent shaft. i believe it has a .370 dia but do not have info on the trimming of a tt straight shaft. need help

Asked by: jash
If you are using a standard .370" iron shaft as a putter shaft the "rule of thumb" we always followed for tip trimming was to follow the recommended tip trimming for a 9 iron. If you are installing a putter specific shaft there is no recommended tip trimming. Just install the shaft and butt cut to the finished length for the putter. The Killer Bee would have used a .370" tip diameter shaft.

Which putter shaft will fit my Spalding T.P.Mills 1 putter?

Asked by: Swanson
The Spalding T.P. Mills 1 putter used a .320" taper tip putter shaft. The shaft was called a "Pencil Tip" and they are no longer being made. We do not have any shaft that will fit this and because of the increased hosel bore size from .320" to .355" or it might be questionable if it could be reamed or rebored. You might try contacting the T.P. Mills putter company. It is a putter company run by his son. Possibly they can help you with a shaft for this putter.

what shaft fits a ping putter

Asked by: jakeww
If your Ping putter is a straight shaft where the shaft goes into the hosel then the YST would be your replacement shaft.
