Tacki-Mac Authritic Golf Grip Specifications

Tacki-Mac Arthritic Golf Grips is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arthritic Grips Having arthritis and fairly constant pain in both thumbs makes it difficult to enjoy the sport on some days. These grips have helped overcome the negatives with less effort needed to make a solid swing and have more good results. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work great Being stuck in WA for several years I had trouble with keeping grips dry. Played Chambers Bay in mist, rain and sleet. On 3 tee shots toward the end of the round my driver was spinning in my hand at impact. Added a few strokes to a fairly good round otherwise. I decided on this grip for the deep texture that seems dry even when it's not. The soft feel promotes lighter grip pressure and more club speed. I'm almost in my 60s and my hands appreciate the vibration dampening effects too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arthritic Grips I bought these grips without checking that they are "oversized". They are too large for me (I use standard size grips). The feel however is great and really suits those with arthritis. I gave them to a friend who has larger hands and he liked them very much. I would like to buy more of these grips as I play with many seniors here who would like to have them. I wonder if they come in standard size?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size I have used these grips for 20 years. First because I have big hands and now they are comfortable even with sore hands. The only downside to such a heavy grip is the need to add weight to the club head to keep the swing weight correct.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very soft feel and not as harsh on arthitic hands I was going to go to an oversize grip to compensate for my arthritis the I saw these in my catalog. After putting them on my Driver & fairway clubs I have sold 6 more to fellow golfers at my club. Great results

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grips for all Players These oversize grips are great for all golfers, arthritic or not. They are very comfortable and give firm control of the club with very little grip pressure. Best value I have found in over 40 years of golfing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding grip 20 years ago I cut off three fingers on my left hand and quit golf. I just received my Dad's pings with these grips and wow I'm back in the game. No issues with holding the club anymore.

Is there any wider grip than the Tacki-Mac Arthritic grip?

Asked by: Doug
A Jumbo grip like the Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G would be a little wider then the Tacki-Mac Arthritic. The Jumbo is +1/8" (1.020") compared to the Arthritic (.993"). http://www.golfworks.com/golf-pride-tour-wrap-2g-jumbo-golf-grips/p/GP0049/

I'm looking for Tacki-Mac Arthritic Golf Grips with a .580 core do you carry any?

Asked by: Pam
We do not stock the .580" core size. In looking at Tacki Mac's web site I see they do still offer the .580" core size so possibly we could special order some for you. You would need to check with our Customer Service Department at 1-800-848-8358 or by email at golfworks@golfworks.com.

will these grips fit my Taylormade Bubbleshaft irons?

Asked by: Al230
No they will not fit at all. With the Taylor Made Bubble shafts you have to use the Bubble replacement grips LK0143. With the butt diameter of the Bubble shaft being .810" the Arthritic grips will not fit over the end. Even with the LK0143 you will need a Big Butt Grip Installation Tool for installing the grips. http://www.golfworks.com/taylormade-crossline-bubble-grip/p/LK0143/ http://www.golfworks.com/the-ultimate-grip-installer-tool/p/BBGIT/

I need to replace a grip on a wood, the old grip measures 10.25" long. Will this arthritic grip work? The old arthritic grips that i have on other clubs measure 9.75" long

Asked by: Trish
Grip lengths can vary slightly from various manufacturers. Most grips measure 10.25" to 10.5" in length. The Tacki Mac (FMAC) would be in that range.
