I have a .350 diameter shaft that I want to put in a Jetspeed driver. What adaptor is needed ?

Asked by: David
We do not stock a shaft adaptor for the Jetspeed driver that will accept a .350" tip diameter shaft. There is a chance that we can special order an aftermarket shaft adaptor for the .350" tip size shaft. You would need to contact our Customer Service department at golfworks@golfworks.com or by calling 1-800-848-8358.

I have an Aldila 65S shaft that I want to put in the RBZ 2 head. Not sure what size shaft tip I have. Can you provide any assistance?

Asked by: Larry
The TM0020 shaft adaptor is for a Rescue (Hybrid) which would use a .370" tip diameter shaft. If you have an Aldila 65S hybrid shaft it is likely a .370" tip diameter shaft. If you have a RBZ Stage 2 driver you will need the BB9065 shaft adaptor which is for a .335" tip diameter shaft. With wood shafts Aldila will generally put 350 on the shaft where they silk screen the name of the shaft onto the shaft. If it does not show 350 then it is likely a .335" tip diameter. We stock the BB9065 in a .335" tip size only. http://www.golfworks.com/the-golfworks-universal-taylormade-shaft-adaptor/p/BB9065/

Will the adaptor from my stock TaylorMade RBZ Stage 2 driver shaft work with a Matrix 7Q3 TP shaft?

Asked by: johnnycakes
The RBZ Stage 2 driver used a .350" tip diameter shaft and the TP shaft would be a .335" tip diameter shaft. You could shim the Matrix 7Q3 TP shaft to fit the RBZ Stage 2 shaft adaptor using the SHIM15. http://www.golfworks.com/the-golfworks-brass-adaptor-shims/p/SHIM/

On these two adapters, is the "head end" the same? I.e. could I use the Rescue adapter to mate a .370" hybrid shaft to a SLDR 5 wood head? Thanks!

Asked by: Ted
The Rescue adaptor will not fit the SLDR 5 wood. They are different where they install into the clubhead.

Will this adapter fit the original RocketBallZ driver, 2012 model?

Asked by: Todd
The 2012 RocketBallz driver came with a .350 tip shaft. The TM0017 .350 option would be the adaptor for the standard RocketBallz driver from 2012. If you have the RocetBallz TP driver, the adpator would also be the TM0017, but in the .335 option.
