Ultimate Non-Marring Bending Bar

The Ultimate Bending Bar is 27 long and weighs over 4 lbs for maximum leverage when bending any type of golf club hosel. The adjustable brass non-marring jaws will not damage soft carbon steel heads and the knurled handle helps to securely handle this heavy duty bending bar.

Ultimate Non-Marring Bending Bar is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bend made easy! I bought this to help bend cast clubs. Definitely made it a lot easier to bend cast heads! Only con with this bar is the opening is tight so getting on and off the club is difficult.

Will this bar work on putter hozzles?

Asked by: A S
It will work on a putter but personally it would not be my first choice when adjusting a putter. Being longer and heavier I do not feel it gives me the touch and feel I would like for bending a putter. I personally like and use the BNMB bar for bending putter hosels. http://www.golfworks.com/non-marring-bending-bar/p/BNMB/

one of the reviews states that this is tight getting over hosel. From the picture it looks like it is adjustable. Can you confirm please

Asked by: Kona Golf
Yes it is adjustable. It is always best with the bending bars to start it over the shaft right above the ferrule and then slide it down over the hosel. If you just try to put it around the hosel it will be tight.

Hi there, looking for basic tool to bend the LOFT and LIE angles on some forged and possibly stainless heads. Does this machine do both? And does come with instructions / measuring charts etc

Asked by: Flusher0067
GW0119 is a bending bar not a bending machine. The GW0119 bar will work well with both forged and cast iron heads and works well with all of our bending machines. Our MA2017 is our most popular bending machine. http://www.golfworks.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_MA2017

Information and instruction,on what types of metals can and cant be bent,[club heads irons]

Asked by: tedthehammer
On our web site home page in the right hand column there is a subject tab for "golf irons not recommended for loft and lie adjustment". This is list of irons we have identified as not bendable. We try to keep it as up to date as possible and add new models as soon as we have an opportunity to test. As far as materials, there is such a variety that are used, combined with varying degrees of heat treament, it is difficult to identify exactly what combinations can and can't be bent unless you actually test them. Generally, 1020, 1025, 1035 carbon steels can be bent, 431 stainless and 17-4 stainless can also be bent, with the 431 being a little softer. These are the most common materials currently used in irons. Again, heat treament can change the properties and make them easier, or more difficult to bend.
