Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shaft I've have a set of drivers with Aldila shafts. But, this is the first time I installed Aldila graphite shafts on iron clubheads. Is it possible a new set of STi Maltby irons with low torgue Aldila graphite shafts could increase my confidence on the course? - don't ask. I love the feel. Best ever!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great price good shaft. The k I bought these to put in my 2 Cleveland Wedges. I prefer graphite over steel and I really like the feel of these. They're much better than the stock steel shaft. Hard to beat for the money.

looking for a sw shaft lady graphite .370 tip

Asked by: mstapleton
The Aldila Low Torque 1204I in the L flex would work. Another option could be the Maltby LTech (MA0209) iron shaft in the L flex.

What shaft would match the ping 401 in the karsten iron sets I need two shaft as close as I can get ping want $62 each

Asked by: Marow
The Ping irons use a .355" taper tip shaft. I would suggest the Xcaliber (AS0028) as a good inexpensive replacement for the 401 and it will fit the Ping Irons.

can a Aldila Low Torque Graphite Iron Shaft-be installed on a Taylor made Burner Rescue 4-??? if not what is recommended-want to change the flex from regular to stiff-Thanks

Asked by: Joe44
You would use the Aldila Low Torque iron shaft in the Burner Rescue 4. You would tip trim the shaft following the tipping instructions for the 4 irons. Another option would be to use the Aldila Value Series Hybrid shaft (AL0029). The Burner Rescue is a hybrid.

I am considering building a set 5-PW with this shaft. Is the uncut shaft fairly consistent in weight and CPM ? I want to build a good consistent set of clubs.

Asked by: Layton
For a shaft that sells for $12.99 the weight specifications have always been pretty good. The cpm's are likely going to vary a little more with a shaft like this but generally they will stay within a pretty decent range. Frequency matching graphite can always be a challenge.

I bought a set of irons with stiff shafts, when I need regular shafts. I was wondering when ordering new shafts from the 3 to the pitching wedge shouldn't each shaft be a little shorter? I don't see you selling new shafts by the set.

Asked by: fastEddie
It depends on which shaft you are purchasing. Most .370" parallel shafts are offered in only one length. You will need to tip trim each shaft differently prior to installation. Tip taper (.355") shafts are typically sold in discreet lengths for each iron number. I suggest calling our customer service department at 800 848-8358 for more details. If you provide them with your iron model they will be able to give you the best shaft option for you.
