Collared Golf Club Ferrules

Collared Ferrules are designed specifically for use with graphite golf shafts. The ferrule collar fits into the club head's hosel to cushion the contact point between the shaft and hosel.

Collared Golf Club Ferrules is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice ferrule I buy these for shafting irons. The 370 are very snug on 370 shafts so they work very well on 355 tapers. Minimal turning if any is required due to size of the ferrules and the collar makes for perfect alignment without having to readjust loft and lie in most cases.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ferrules The ferrules would not fit the shafts that I purchased at the same time. I had to drill out the inner diameters and in so doing, scuffed up the outer surface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Callaway Apex Replacement I broke the Recoil Shaft in my Apex CF 16 #6 Iron. Replaced it using the 3/4" Ferrule and it fit perfect.

What are the outside diameters of the largest diameter on the ferrule & the outside diameter of the collar? Thanks, Jeff

Asked by: Jeff
At this link scroll down the page to the specification box and you will see all the specifications including outside diameter measurement of the ferrules. The outside diameter measurement of the collars themselves is .366" for the .335" wood ferrules and .400" for the .370" iron ferrules.

I would like to reshaft Callaway Apex '14 irons with TT XP115 irons. Can you recommend ferrules, preferably with a silver stripe on it, if possible. Also, shafting Callaway MD3 wedges with TT spinner shafts, please recommend ferrules for this setup, too.

Asked by: csigolfguy
We do have the Callaway ferrule (BB9051) which will fit the Callaway irons. If you want to use a Silver trim ring you could use the 72PI. Even though it is a .370" ferrule it will still fit the .355" taper tip shaft because the shaft tapers out to approximately .370" where the shaft exits the top of the hosel. Also it will still work without being a collared ferrule. We do not stock any collared ferrules that have colored trim rings.

What ferrule goes with the callaway XR driver with a shaft adapter

Asked by: Driver
We do not have a ferrule that fits the Callaway Opti-Fit shaft adaptor. It does take a special ferrule. We can possibly special order one for you. You would need to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-848-8358 or by email at golfworks@golfworks.com.
