Golf Pride CP2 Pro Grip is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from "Slippery when Wet" These grips have great feel in the hand and if you don't sweat and you never play in wet conditions these are the grips for you. I went to them based on a suggestion because I didn't want to trade my Winn's every 6 months. However I found that even when towing off and wiping hands in between the club would still rotate in my hand. There was no grip for the bottom hand along where the red and white lines roll through the grip. It appears that water and moisture just fill the slots and cause the hand to slip. Back to the Winn Dri Tac for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Grip on the Planet (For Me). This grip is soft but sturdy ... well made. Unlike the Winn Grips that fall apart. I thought I would have Pure Grips on all my clubs till the day I die ... guess I was wrong. These are Golf Pride's greatest achievement to date. Just love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent feel! Love the feel and price of the CP2 Pro. Been using the GP multi-compound but got too pricey and was tearing up my gloves and hand. This new grip is the best grip I ever used.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good when not wet Just regripped my M2 with the midsize from a Winn grip that I loved bit wore out too fast. It felt great when my hand was dry but after a few swings and the littlest of sweat, I could easily feel the club slip during my swing. They look durable, feel good but I'll be switching back to Winn dry tac.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Golf Pride CP2 Pro Grip durability Bar none, and I have used many different grips over the last 40 years, have found the CP2 Pro Grip to remain tacky and wear free after extensive uses either by playing or simply swinging all winter to keep a semblance of my golf swing.

What is the largest dia. grip you offer

    Asked by: Chief
The largest diameter grips we offer are going to be the ones listed as Jumbo or Oversize which will measure 1.020" when installed. A standard grip size measures .900" when installed. The CP2 Pro GP0109 is the Jumbo size and would measure 1.020" if installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft.

My question about cp2 grips is stupid garbled. Does the swing weight change when you use this grip? The core and the thickness seems to be a change in the way standard grips are made.

    Asked by: Golfnut
The swing weight is only affected by the weight. So a 52 gram cp2 standard grip and 52 gram any other type of grip will have the same affect on the swingweight. If you have a 52 gram grip on your club now and you replace it with the CP2 sandard grip that is 52 grams, there would be no change in swingweight.

what is the difference between the CP2 and Cp2 pro grip?

    Asked by: Mike
The CP2 Wrap (GP0110) is a wrap style grip to make it look and feel like a wrapped grip (like an old leather grip) and the CP2 Pro is a non wrap style grip. The material is the same in both grips it is just this cosmetic and feel difference between these grips.

Hi Jim If you blow these grips on will they stay put and not twist even with fast transition golfer's ?

    Asked by: Alan W
I have not installed any CP2 grips with air to know if they will stay in place but as long as I have use a layer of masking tape I have not really had a problem with any of the grips I have installed with air. I even have some demo clubs in the school that I installed this way and have not had a problem. If you try it and they move at least you can shot them off and install them with double sided tape and solvent.
