Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits many shafts I always keep some of these around the shop. They need to be sanded to fit many different shafts, but when a customer wants it now... you don't need to wait for something to be shipped. There is no doubt buying the exact size is much easier. I just don't see any reason to keep that much inventory. If sanded correctly, there is plenty of thickness in this to hold up to two inches of extention.

Trying to add extension to a Diamana Ahina 60R. Can you tell me which shaft extension will work?

Asked by: DCD
It would use either the GW4000 Red (.530") or the USGE (.535") extension. Either one will fit. https://www.golfworks.com/premium-graphite-shaft-extensions/p/GW4000/

can this extension be used with Kura Kage graphite shatfs in my tileist 714 ap2.irons. Cannot seem to find the butt size for the shafts. They are taper tip 355" and don't know if the butt is 590 0r 600" Thank you

Asked by: doc
For graphite shaft extensions what we really need to know is the inside diameter measurement at the butt end of the shaft. Graphite shafts come in many different weights and those weights affect the wall thickness and that requires different size extensions. The information I have shows that Titleist used a 65 gram weight .600" butt diameter Kuro Kage graphite shaft. This shaft was made exclusively for Titleist. Based on other .600" butt diameter 65 gram weight shafts I have been able to checked it should use the GW4000 Red (.530") extension. The USGE measures .535" and should also work. https://www.golfworks.com/premium-graphite-shaft-extensions/p/GW4000/

I broke the handle end of an 8 iron.  It's maybe a ten year old taylor made graphite shaft that I can't find.  Can I cut it clean and use a shaft extended to fix the break?  What size would I need?

Asked by: Kent
Personally we would recommend reshafting this 8 iron with a new shaft. In order to know which extension might fit this shaft we need to know the inside diameter measurement at the butt end of the shaft. You can match this measurement with the correct extension size. https://www.golfworks.com/premium-graphite-shaft-extensions/p/GW4000/

Can I use two of the extenders if necessary?  Will one fit into another?

Asked by: Kent
No, it is never recommend to put two extensions together. It will break and it would be your liability if you or anyone else got hurt.

which extension will fit Grafalloy prologic graphite shafts inside diameter is 0.4688

Asked by: Gregory
If the measurement is .4688" we do not have an extension small enough to fit that size. I personally play Grafalloy Pro Logic irons shafts and installed extensions in my set and I used the GSE extension and it fit well. I did not have to do any extra sanding to make them fit.

Will these fit Recoil 110 f4 iron shafts?  Thanks

Asked by: Maddog
No the GSE or USGE extensions do not fit the Recoil 110 F4. The extension that fits the Recoil 110 F4 the best is the GW4000 Orange (.5075"). https://www.golfworks.com/premium-graphite-shaft-extensions/p/GW4000/
