Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits many shafts I always keep some of these around the shop. They need to be sanded to fit many different shafts, but when a customer wants it now... you don't need to wait for something to be shipped. There is no doubt buying the exact size is much easier. I just don't see any reason to keep that much inventory. If sanded correctly, there is plenty of thickness in this to hold up to two inches of extention.

What extension would I use for Adams A12OS Lightweight graphite iron shafts?

Asked by: Rich
We do not have the specific measurements on the A120S lightweight graphite shaft, so we can not be for sure. Best guess is the GSE would work, but safest play is to try both the GSE and the USGE, maybe just one each to sample, then once you determine the one that fits best, you could order for the entire set.

According the Callaway size chart, the RCH 90 Graphite Shaft (very old school) is .600, is this extension appropriate to add 1"?

Asked by: BigUgly
The RCH 90 being a 90 gram weight shaft and a .600" butt diameter would use the GSE extension.

Will this .600 extender work for graphite shaft with OD .610?

Asked by: broman
It depends on what the inside diameter measurement of this shaft is. Graphite shaft extensions are fit to the inside diameter measurement because of all the different weight shafts. If your .610" butt diameter shaft is a 60 some gram weight range shaft then the USGE Ultralite extension would likely be the one you need. If you measure the inside diameter you can match that to the GW4000 extension size and that would be the one you need.

will this work in callaway XR OS ladies graphite shafts

Asked by: vece
For the ladies graphite shaft in the XR OS irons the USGE would be the one you need or even possibly one of the GW4000 graphite extensions. If you can take a measurement of the inside diameter of the shaft at the grip end you match it up to the size of the GW4000 extension. The ladies graphite shaft in these irons weights 49 grams so it could use a larger size extension then the USGE but we do not know which size if would need for sure.

Please let me know if you know inside dimension butt size for an Aldila Serrano 60-S wood shaft. Which extension should I order? Thank you for helping.

Asked by: Mac
You will need the GW4000 Silver (.575") graphite extension. I do not have the inside diameter measurement for this shaft but I do know it was a .640" butt diameter shaft at 60 some grams and in checking other Aldila shafts with this butt diameter and weight they all used the Silver extension.

does extending the shaft throe off the weight and balance of the club

Asked by: butch
Adding an extension changes the weight and balance of the club. Extending a club 1/2" will add 2 to 2.5 swingweights as well as add total weight to the club based on the weight of the extension.
