I need help choosing a suitable driver. I am a 65 y/o male, 5'9", 165lbs, in excellent health and very active. I have no disabilities that would impede my swing. I want a driver pak delivered to my home. What do you recommend?

Asked by: Mr Banks
If you could give us some more information such as your swingspeed and do you need to hit the ball higher or lower it could be helpful in making recommendations. The LTech Club Pak for the driver in either 13 or 15 degrees in A flex could be a good choice if you have a slow swingspeed and need to hit the ball higher. The STw driver Club Pak with the MPF Distance shaft could also be a good driver. https://www.golfworks.com/maltby-stw-driver-pak/p/PMA0266/ With a little more information about your game and needs can help us to make more specific recommendations.

Is it possible to get one that is a little more upright and longer? My wife is 5' 10" and even a mens' driver doesn't seem long or upright enough.

Asked by: john
We can make the club as long as you want. Simply specify the length you want us to build it to. The lie angle can not be adjusted on the L-Tech Driver. The Lie angle should be OK, in our opinion. We fit a lot of women players with this product, short and tall, and the Lie angle has not been an issue.

No we do not offer the 15 degree Maltby LTech driver in left hand. Our only left hand driver is only available in 10.5 degrees loft.

I'd like a Ltech 15 degree driver head with a men's  length 44.5  regular flex shaft- 70 g, high lofting, medium wrap grip. can you give me a quote.  thanks

Asked by: David
To get this combination with the LTech driver you would need to order the clubhead, shaft and grip separately. We do not have a Club Pak for the LTech that has the specifications you are asking for.

I'm a senior golfer. What shaft flex should I order with the Ltek driver head?

Asked by: Joe
Without going through a proper fitting, we offer the option to use our "MPF Shaft Ratings" chart. When using this it will ask you for questions in regards to your game. Once you go through it, it will suggest an MPF code that you can use to match up a shaft for your game. When it comes to flex, it will ask what you use to carry 150 yards. If you use a 3,4,5 iron or hybrid/fw metal, the suggested flex may be a LL or L flex. If you are using a 6 iron to carry 150 yards, the suggested flex is an A flex.

Can the LTech driver pak be custom ordered with a stiffer shaft than what is offered? At an additional cost, of course. Or would I be better off just getting the driver head and ordering the shaft and grip of my choice separately?

Asked by: Golfer50
We do not make substitutions to the Club Paks. For a custom order you would have to order the clubhead, shaft and grip that you like separately.

Don't understand your web site for L-Tech driver paks. Shows in stock but when ordered confirmation indicates out of stock. Order 997436

Asked by: Garry
Both the 13 and 15 degree driver heads are on backorder. We should have them in stock the end of next week, 8/19. Because of the components that make up the Club Pak we do not generally show the Paks as being on back order but the individual components will show as backordered.
