Maltby LTech Driver Clubhead Specifications

Maltby LTech Drivers is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crazy simple to hit high and straight Came across Golfworks while shopping for new clubs after blowing out my back last year. My range of motion and swing speed are both pitiful. Was going to try the non-conforming driver but the price on this was a steal. For reference, my previous driver was the Cobra Baffler XL. Took about 4-5 balls only to dial in my swing. This driver is preposterously simple to hit high and straight. Lateral dispersion is minimal even on bad mis-hits, and it's almost impossible to slice. I'll never be able to out-drive the guys I play with, but this club is perfect for a safe, dependable setup to hit a 2nd shot from the fairway. Also, props to Golfworks for using gender-neutral colors and not plastering the word "ladies" all over the club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from None Better! I love that this comes in 13* and 15*. It's great for the ladies, but also for a lot of men! Most of my senior men need help getting higher trajectory on their drives, and this club delivers! I'm sure it was originally called LTech referring to ladies, but I call it "Launch Tech." (Now we just need a more masculine headcover option.)

WHAT SHAFT IS RECOMMENDED

Asked by: MR WONDERFUL
Although there are several options that could work for any particular player, the LTech Driver was designed to work well with the LTech shafts (Code MA0208). It comes in three softer flexes, LL, L and A, with the LL being the most flexible and the A being more of a Senior flex shaft.

Is there a way to get an Ltech driver already assembled to fit a 5' lady. Her current driver is 40''. She hits it ok but it's 15 years old and it's time to upgrade. Maybe a 5 wood also.

Asked by: John
We do offer a Club Pak for the LTech driver (PMA0240) that includes the shaft, head & grip and we do the assembly for free. You can request to have it made to 40". There is no additional charge. https://www.golfworks.com/maltby-ltech-driver-pak/p/PMA0240/

Hairbrained idea alert! Built my ex an LTech clubpak which she never used. Am considering my driving, and have issues getting my 10.5* in the air. Wondering if I could R-flex, low loft reshaft the LT13* without it getting too balloony. Any shaft recs?

Asked by: Matt
You might try a shaft like the Kuro Kage Black HBP 2nd Gen (MR0044) which is a mid trajectory shaft. If you are having trouble getting a 10.5 degree loft in the air it is not likely that 13 will go to high especially with a shaft that fits your needs. https://www.golfworks.ca/mitsubishi-rayon-kuro-kage-black-hbp-2nd-gen-wood-shafts/p/MR0044/
