Swing speed with driver maxes out at 129 mph. Currently on x-flex with a Bombtech Grenade head. Looking for maximum distance possible, with high launch. Several recommendations for this or Oban Kiyoshi Purple. Need a raw, uncut shaft. Suggestions?

Asked by: Brian
It certainly could work and especially in the 70 gram version which will play a little stiffer then the 60 gram X flex. I do not have any data on the Oban shaft, we do not carry the Oban shafts, but I do know they are good shafts. You also might look at shafts like the Graphite Design Tour AD DI (GD0024) X flex or the Aldila Rogue Black (AL0048) X flex as shafts that could also work well.

If I knew what shaft you are hitting now it would help in knowing if this shaft or another shaft will help you change those spin numbers. The Fubuki K Series was designed to produce a higher ball flight and lower spin. The Diamana W-Series (MR0041) shaft is designed for a low launch and low spin. Kuro Kage Silver w/TiNi (MR0042) is another low launch low spin design shaft. A very good inexpensive shaft for low launch and low spin is the Xcaliber Pro (AS0043, AS0044 & AS0045).

Do you still have that shaft stiff in 60g?

Asked by: Pierre
In the MR0030 our computer here in the USA is showing that we still have 10 of the S flex 60 gram shafts in stock. You would need to contact GolfWorks Canada and they would be able to order this shaft for you. We would ship it to GolfWorks Canada and you would get it from them. Here is a link with the contact information for GolfWorks Canada.

When are you getting this shaft back in stock in the 50

Asked by: Joshua
We will not be getting these back in stock. The Fubuki K Series shafts has been discontinued by Mitsubishi and as they are selling out we will no longer have these.

i need a 43" shaft for my 3 wood, regular flex. what is your best Mitsubishi Shaft? Please send price and spec.    regards     Raymond

Asked by: skipper
All the Mitsubishi shafts are good so it comes down to which one would best fit your needs. Do you need the shaft to hit the ball higher, lower or medium? Do you want it to weight 40, 50 or 60 grams? It would help to know these things to better make a suggestion. Through this link on our web site you can look up all the specifications and prices for all the Mitsubishi shafts we stock. The spec's and pricing will be at the bottom of each page.

I want to buy the Powacaddy FW3 electeic lith . I don't want to order from England. Im in Reading Pa 19533. What golf sho(Dick's)? Golf Galaxy? Or, who is the representative for Power caddy in my area. Thanks John

Asked by: jake12345
We do not have any information on the Power Caddy FW3 and I do not believe that it is sold in the Dick's Sporting Goods or Golf Galaxy stores. I would suggest using the Power Caddy web site. I see that they list distributors and internet retailers on their web site.

I have a very smooth swing. I get distance from timing. However my speed is probably 70. What shaft would be good for me . I want to replace the shaft I have in my Taylor made Mini dreiver with a driver shaft. I would like it to be 45 inches. I know

Asked by: Jake12345
With a smooth tempo and a 70mph swing speed I would definitely recommend you purchase a shaft in the 50 gram range with an A (Senior) flex shaft. The Kuro Kage Black HBP would be a good fit for your swing. There are plenty of other shaft options in our catalog that fit into the A flex, 50 gram range.

i am looking for a low spin shaft with better distance than off the shelf drivers with factory shafts.  my swing speed is 100-104      is the fubuki K a good choice for me?

Asked by: firemandave
If you are looking for higher launch and lower spin, according to Mitsubishi, the Fubuki K-Series would be a good choice. If you want more of a mid to low trajectory with low spin, the Fubuki ZT would be a better choice. Of course, results will vary for every golfer, but based on what the manufacturer says, the K-Series should provide high launch and low spin, two elements needed for more distance.
