I have project x 5.0 steel shafts in my irons, looking to replace the graphite shafts in my hybrids with these project x graphite hybrid shafts. Looking at the MPF, the 5.5 graphite hybrid matches up with the 5.0 steel. Is that correct?

Asked by: WactownJB
The 5.0 is the regular flex and the 5.5 is in between the R and S flex. You may want to use the 5.5 in your hybrid. To me that becomes a fitting preference. Personally if I were playing 5.0 in my irons I would play the 5.0 in the hybrid. But that is what would fit me.

is the pro 5/6 shaft senior shaft

Asked by: jim
In the Project X Hybrid shafts the 5.0 flex is the Regular flex. They did not make a Senior flex in this shaft.

To JimY-I used the Product X 5.0 lite senior shafts in my woods w a high trajectory. Which shaft in MPF series hybrid A flex would have a high trajectory-and be light not heavy? and which shaft for my Pings in Paderson would have a high trajectory.

Asked by: heathandholl
In the MA0250 the A flex is designed to create a mid/high trajectory. The Paderson A flex (PK0105) shaft is designed to produce a high trajectory. Both shafts could work well.

I put 5.0 lite senior shafts with low flex points in my Taylor Made M2 driver and woods. Which shaft is comparable  for my M2 hybrids?  Also would that shaft fit in a Ping   G15 hybrid as well?

Asked by: heathandholl

Will this shaft fit a Ping i25 22* hybrid (tip section) ?

Asked by: Ricky
No, the Ping I25 tip diamter is .355". The Project X shaft will not fit into the Ping adaptor. You could use a 39" to 40" .355" graphite iron shaft. We have several options of tapered iron shafts that would work.
