Split Ferrules

A must have for replacing damaged ferrules without removing the club head. Apply a small amount of epoxy and snap the ferrule into place.

Split Ferrules is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Useful; much less work than re-shaft The .370 size fit perfectly without reduction (sanding) to fit hosel, whereas the .335 size required some reduction to fit on the driver I was repairing. But both seem well made; the halves are cleverly molded to be identical but have interleaving patterns via a slot and groove on the opposed edges. After applying epoxy to all surfaces of these parts and the club/hosel top, drying for 24 hours and a wipe with acetone cloth, the results look good. Unfortunately during first session on the range the repaired iron's ferrule had slipped so once again a gap appeared between ferrule and hosel. Hopefully the driver with repaired ferrule will remain in its proper place.

I need split ferrules to replace damaged ferrules on a set of Taylormade rac os irons.  What size do I need?

Asked by: Lamar
The Taylor Made RAC OS irons use a special ferrule that actually snaps onto the top of the hosel. The split ferrules will not properly fit this irons. You need the BB9007 ferrule. You will either have to remove the shaft to install this ferrule or cut this ferrule in half to create your own split ferrule. https://www.golfworks.com/taylormade-rac-iron-ferrules/p/BB9007/

What size snap on ferrule would I need for a callaway x2 driver stock shaft?

Asked by: Graham
We do not have a snap on ferrule that will fit the shaft adaptor on the Callaway X2 driver. The snap on ferrules are not large enough. The Callaway Opti-Fit Adaptor ferrule is the only ferrule that will fit. https://www.golfworks.com/callaway-opti-fit-adaptor-ferrule-335/p/BB9096/

I have a Ping G5 22 degree hybrid. Will any of these ferrules fit without turning?

Asked by: jck8339
The split ferrules as with all ferrules will likely need some turning to get them to the correct size.

I'm looking for 1 split ferrule for a putter, steeples shaft. What size do I need?

Asked by: Jay
Without knowing the putter that you have I would say you need the .370" size. Many of today's putters use a .370" tip size shaft.
