With steel shaft extensions you match the extension size to the outside diameter measurement at the butt end (grip end) of the shaft. If your shaft is a .600" butt diameter you would use the S60 extension etc.
S56 = .560" butt diameter shaft
S58 = .580" butt diameter shaft
S60 = .600" butt diameter shaft
S62 = .620" butt diameter shaft
