TayorMade Burner Superfast Replacement Grip is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superfasrt Grip I have been using standard grips on my '09 Burner since the original grip was replaced years ago. Decided to see if the 25 gram grip made any difference to length, dispersion, etc. After several rounds I have noticed no difference in either. It did take a few swings to get used to the difference in swing weight caused by going from 50 gram grip to 25 gm Superfast replacement. Biggest difference as loss of tackiness from new decade cord to Winn lightweight grip. Feels nice but definitely not tacky.

What is the difference between the two size grips ? Are these for women ?

    Asked by: Jill
The .600" core size grip will create a standard size grip when installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft and the .620" core size grip creates a standard size grip when installed on a .620" butt diameter shaft. With the Burner Superfast 2.0 driver Taylor Made used a .620" butt diameter shaft for the R,S,X flexes and a .600" butt diameter for L flex. The WN0080 is a men's grip. The WN0081 is the Lady Burner Superfast grip. https://www.golfworks.com/taylormade-lady-superfast-golf-grip/p/WN0081/

Which kit do I need? I have taylor made 2009 burner 85 irons, steel shaft. How do I figure out shaft diameter, plus have driver and Fairwood that need grips, do I measure the shaft or is there a code on there .

    Asked by: ebbtide01
You can view the chart on our website for detailed OEM shaft specifications. https://www.golfworks.com/images/art/TaylorMade.pdf Your irons have a butt diameter of .600" so any shaft with a .600" core will produce a standard size grip. A grip with a .580" core will also work but will produce a slightly (+1/64") oversized grip when installed.

The super fast replacement grip. What's the difference between the 600 and 620?

    Asked by: Jothechipper
In the Burner Superfast drivers and fairway woods Taylor Made used some shafts flexes that had a .620" butt diameter and others that were a .600" butt diameter. You would use the .620" core size grip on the .620" butt diameter shaft and the .600" core size on the .600" butt diameter shaft to create a men's standard size. The M flex driver shaft (Senior flex) and the fairway woods in M,R,S,X flexes had a .620" butt diameter.

Will these grips work on my TaylorMade Tour Bladez irons?

    Asked by: Edward
Depending on which shafts you have in your Taylor Made Tour Bladz irons but the .600" size should fit most of the stock shafts.

What grips do I need for the burner bubble graphite shaft

    Asked by: Jimnsusie
You will need the Taylor Made Crossline Bubble (LK0143) grips for these clubs. They are the only grips that will fit correctly. You will likely also need a Big Butt Grip Installation Tool (BBGIT) to get the grips started over the larger shaft butt diameter. http://www.golfworks.com/the-ultimate-grip-installer-tool/p/BBGIT/

i have a superfast driver on a reax 4.8 flex R shaft which grip is a replacement for the original.

    Asked by: Emac
The R flex was a .620" butt diameter so you want the .620" core size.

Can you supply an oversize (soft feel) grip of the bubble shaft driver?

    Asked by: Pete
No. No one ever made an oversize grip for the Taylor Made Bubble shaft. The Taylor Made Crossline Bubble is the only grip that will fit the bubble shaft correctly. http://www.golfworks.ca/taylormade-crossline-bubble-grip/p/LK0143/

Is 600 the standard size grip that comes with a club off the shelf? I'd like to put on a little bigger grip for my driver and hybrid Three. should I go with the 620? my hand size is an eight. When I ordered my custom irons they did a 5+ wrap for me.

    Asked by: Basetan
For a larger grip size you would want to order a grip that is offered in Mid Size or Jumbo or Oversize. If they used 5+ wraps the Jumbo or Oversize at +1/8" should work best. Using .620" core size grips would actually make the grips size smaller then standard if installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft. The Taylor Made Superfast grips are not available in a mid size, jumbo or oversize. For this type of grip in the larger size I would recommend the Winn Dri-Tac grips like the WN0086, WN0087, and WN0088.
