Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to use and strong! I followed online instructions and mixed the epoxy onto a piece cardboard using one of the popsicle sticks. I shaved down one end of the popsicle stick so that it fits into the hosel. I then roll the shaft tip with the epoxy. Once installed, I waited 24 hours and the epoxy was solid. I noticed that after 6-8 hours, the epoxy on the cardboard had hardened but was still soft enough to poke. After 24 hours I confirmed the epoxy on the cardboard was solid as a rock.

Can you tell me the primary differences between your two packet epoxy offerings (VB1007 Quick Set) and VB1008 (High Strength)? I have been using the VB1007 for extending shafts with no problems. But can either be used for attaching heads?

Asked by: Bob L
Yes you could use either product for club assembly, attaching heads, and they will work well. The High Strength takes longer to set and cures to 90% in 24 hours and 100% in 7 days. The club would be playable in 24 hours.

The VB1007 has a 60 minute gel time (working time), and 6-8 hour usable cure time and a 24 hour full cure time.
