The GolfWorks Lie Angle Board

Dynamic lie fitting checks the angle of the clubhead as it impacts the ball. This special hard rubber surface will leave a temporary mark on the sole of an iron to show if your club is too upright or flat. Board measures 8 inches by 16 inches with a 3/16-inch thickness.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Address Position Swing Left Of Logo ALWAYS SWING THE CLUB ON A LEVEL SURFACE FOR LIE ADJUSTMENTS!!. I found that the lie board can be greatly improved with a small door mat. Just fit the corners of the board under the mat with a utility knife with the lip of the carpet over the right edge to protect the club face from STRIKING THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BOARD. Overall, the board is very strong and not forgiving, but lots of room improvement as I outlined for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointment I saw an advertisement for a rubber lie angle board from Golfworks. The item that I received was very hard plastic. I am disappointed that the item was not rubber as advertised.

Is there still a chart available which shows how much to bend a club after the offset is measured with the marks on the masking tape? I thought I remember such a chart for example every 1/8" it's 1 degree of bend.

Asked by: Bobs Club Repair
We do not have a chart on line but it is in our books. 1/4" is equal to a 1 degree lie angle change.

I bought this board quite a while back and I'm just getting around to where I am going go use it. I am sure this is a dumb question but should it have the graphics and text facing up or shiny side up?

Asked by: Trevor
We use it with the graphics facing up.
