The tube says it has a usable cure time of 4 hours at 77 degrees. But, the temperature is very critical. I glue some things at night in the garage in the low or mid 60s and a couple hours later the epoxy is still just sticky on my cardboard and I won't even move the clubs for a couple hours. I can put a fingernail mark in it the next morning about 10 hours later. And by about 24 hours it won't take a fingernail mark. So I would not plan on using it within a few hours unless you are in warm 75+ temperatures and see it dry on the cardboard. I would allow at least a half day of drying time, personally. It is a good strong epoxy but I do find I need to add a little more glass beads to it for added thickness but that's optional.
